  I recently loss my beloved mother, Barbara K. Valavanes. At this most difficult time, Chad Snyder "held my hand" throughout, ensuring that Mom's wishes, our Faith needs, and my expectations were all carried out seamlessly. All consultations, conversations, and actions, from beginning to completion, were conducted with compassion, caring, and professional acumen. In the ensuing weeks, I was assisted greatly by their Navigator booklet which lucidly explains what "happens next" and how to "navigate" the maze of settling an estate. Any related needs have been met with the same efficiency and caring, even weeks after the funeral. I cannot adequately thank Chip, Doreen, Chad, and their very kind and professional staff for giving Mom the dignified "send off" she deserved.

  Jay being a Realtor since 2005, you wouldn't have known. He's unprofessional, on the phone while with you, takes and makes calls on his stupid iPhone like he's a boy with a new toy while with clients (JUST RUDE). Even worse, he doesn't even excuse himself while on the PHONE! Jay, learn some manners. During the entire transaction, my husband and I were wondering what the hell the full 6% was going! There were never any flyers, (he doesn't believe in them considering that's what most of the buyers who came by wanted) and the buyers were from us talking up our own home. So frustrating! I wanted so badly to cancel the listing but my husband insisted on giving chance after chance. It's a man to man thing!? Either way, it didn't get our house sold, I'll tell you that. The house stayed on the market for almost a year! When asked about the marketing, there was only silence. He never returned phone calls. When he did it was to show the house, 1 of only 6 times! 6 TIMES the ENTIRE YEAR! WTF! Finally when it went to closing, he showed up late, with no documentation, wrong amounts, and looked like he had just woke up. PLEASE! You're a Realtor for God's sake. Would I recommend Dennis Beck Realty? Maybe. But would I recommend Dennis Beck Realty evaluate their agents' performances, YES! Thank goodness we moved out of Lititz and into Lancaster! The Realtors there seems like they take their jobs seriously. Buyer and Sellers BEWARE!

  My daughter Samantha thrived in this daycare, the teachers are wonderful. Words cannot explain how happy we have been with everyone at the school. And that is what I love most, it's not just a place to drop your children off, where they mingle around until mom or dad comes. They teach and they teach well, the teachers love the children and the children love the teachers. My daughter Samantha never threw a tantrum because she simply loved going there she even begged to go there on weekends when they were closed. Unfortunately we moved to North Carolina and we had to leave the school. Some of her best memories have been made in this school. Sadly they will be missed greatly.

  If you could give a zero I'd give it to them...I'm a male and they did nothing for my custody fight for my child's well being... and then I never said yes to them defending me in a small custody agreement issue. All a sudden a bill shows up of substantial amount. I told him I didn't want him for sure if that's what he's gunna charge after I already paid 10000.00 in a year to them for my custody fight. And now he is taking me to court over the money that I never agreed for him to defend me on... shady shady shady business... shame. Never even put up a fight for me... never brought me in to develop a case. I had no clue what was happening until. 15 minutes before going in courtroom everytime. No fight what's so ever. This is my child he treats the situation as "its just some kid and dad".
